With the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorisms, security systems are becoming more intelligent by the day. AI algorithms such as line crossing, facial recognition and license plate recognition enhances the operational functionality of a Smart Security system. Couple this with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that are triggered by the AI incident system, will substantially reduce false alarms, and reduce time to investigation, making it easier to do event investigation and pro-active monitoring.
